Daphnie Leigh is a holistic anxiety coach, mindfulness teacher, and nervous system guide who specializes in helping highly sensitive people navigate their inner world with greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust.

Through integrative coaching, you will learn to work with your sensitivity rather than against it, cultivating a deeper sense of balance, confidence, and wellbeing.

At some point in their lives, many highly sensitive people have been told they need to grow thicker skin, toughen up, or stop being so sensitive.

But sensitivity is not something that needs to be fixed. It is a natural trait you are born with.

Highly sensitive people often experience the world more deeply; emotions, environments, and relationships can be felt with greater intensity. While this depth can be a profound strength, it can also bring challenges such as anxiety, overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, and difficulty setting healthy boundaries.

Over time, this can lead to burnout, self-doubt, and a feeling of being disconnected from your own needs.

Coaching offers a space to slow down, explore what is happening beneath the surface, and begin working with your sensitivity in a more supportive way.

Our work together may include understanding your nervous system patterns, working with limiting beliefs, and gently integrating the parts of yourself that have been carrying stress, fear, or self-doubt.

My role is not to “fix” you, because there is nothing broken about you.

Instead, I support you in reconnecting with your own inner wisdom while developing practical tools that help you move through life with greater steadiness and confidence.

1:1 Coaching Program - 4 per month

4 Sessions per month @ $300/mo

Consistent support for deeper transformation. These sessions allow us to work more steadily with nervous system regulation, emotional patterns, and meaningful life changes while building sustainable practices that support long-term wellbeing.

1:1 Coaching Program - 2 per month

2 Sessions per month @ $150/mo

A balanced level of support for those who want regular guidance while integrating new tools and insights between sessions.

Coaching vs. Therapy

Coaching is a collaborative process focused on personal growth, insight, and meaningful change.

While therapy often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, coaching focuses on helping you better understand yourself, regulate your nervous system, and develop practical strategies that support the life you want to create.

Many highly sensitive people come to coaching because they feel stuck in patterns of stress, anxiety, or self-doubt, and want a supportive space to explore their inner world while building tools that help them move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Coaching can complement therapy, and some clients choose to engage in both at different times in their lives.
