Who Am I?

Daphnie Leigh - Anxiety, HSP & Yoga Health Coach

After being hospitalized as a teenager for panic and anxiety disorder, I became passionate about learning how to heal myself and helping others avoid the same kind of suffering I went through.

During my younger years, I was stressed out, easily overwhelmed, dominated by my worries, insecure in my relationships, and I had ongoing health struggles. Once I learned how to properly care for my highly sensitive body & mind I found that I no longer felt held back by anxiety or my sensitives.

I love helping other highly sensitive people (and those with anxiety) feel calm, strong, and confident so they can focus on the things that are most important to them in their own lives. I would be honored to be your guide.

I've been teaching yoga and meditation since 1995. I was ordained by Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh in 2000, and I've been working as a clinical and private health coach since 2017.
