People who register for any courses with Yogi Ranger, Daphnie Leigh, agree to these General Terms of Use:

- I am 18 or older.

- I understand that this is an educational program – not treatment for any physical or mental health condition, and not a substitute for professional care – and that no promises are offered as to what I get out of it or how it affects me. I take responsibility for my own experience in the program, and I am able to manage my reactions to it on my own. I understand that Daphnie Leigh and her staff do not have a professional relationship with me.

- I understand that Daphnie Leigh is a Yoga Health Coach; she is not a medical doctor (M.D.) and not qualified for medical diagnostic or treatment procedures. The services offered by Daphnie Leigh are at all times restricted to coaching, consultation and evaluation on the subject of lifestyle and healthy eating guidelines. These services are intended for maintenance and optimization of general health and do not involve diagnosing or treatment of disease.

- In particular, I understand that some of Daphnie Leigh's programs (Freedom from Anxiety and Freedom from Anxiety Self-Study programs) are not appropriate for everyone, and that some people are disturbed or distressed by practices such as mindfulness or meditation, especially if there are underlying issues with mood disorders, trauma, dissociation, or psychosis, and should proceed with caution if they join

-Yogi Ranger, Daphnie Leigh, may demonstrate certain physical exercises. I understand that physical activity and exercise are inherently risky and dangerous activities. Inherent risks are risks that cannot be eliminated completely regardless of the care and precautions taken by Yogi Ranger. You should consult with a professional if you have specific questions about your own unique situation.

- I understand that information that I post in discussion threads or otherwise communicate to other participants might be shared by them with others. Overall, I understand that no promise of confidentiality is given to me regarding information I communicate related to this program. I recognize that all editorial content and graphics in the programs are copyrighted by Daphnie Leigh, who reserves all rights.

-I will not share my username and password with others, and I recognize that my account may be suspended if more than one person uses my username to log in to the program.

- I understand that I may be de-registered from the program if I violate these Terms of Use.
